Life is better on the lake! Hideaway Haven sits on a unique, private bend of the lake and offers an incredible water view. In July 2021, the home was renovated with new floors, carpets, and kitchen counters, and walls were removed to create an open-concept floor plan. A hot tub was added in March of 2022. Enjoy nights under the stars in comfort! June to September, during the warm summer season, the hot tub will not be operating. The bedroom/sleeping layout is as follows: Master bedroom: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (Full on the bottom, and twin on top) Bedroom 4: Two twin beds AMENITIES • Hot tub (Hot tub will not be operating from June to September) • (2) Paddleboards • (1) Canoe • (1) Floating mat • Life Jackets (for adults and kids) • Traditional coffee maker • Pack 'N Play • High chair • Fire pit (we provide wood except during summertime) • Private dock All the lake house essentials are covered! Linens and bath/lake towels are included.

Do not mess with the boat lifts. You are welcome to tie up to the dock. There is minimal boat traffic and waves on our private cove. We love pets and we welcome them wholeheartedly in our other properties but this one.

*** PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING *** BOOKING REQUIREMENT: • The primary renter must be 28 to book this property. PARTIES/EVENTS: • We do NOT allow any parties or events at this property. LAKE SAFETY RULES: • NO jumping or diving off the dock. • Use of the paddle boards, canoe, and other water toys is at the guests' own risk and liability. PETS: •⁠ ⁠We allow up to (1) dog to join you in your stay for an additional $200 pet fee. •⁠ ⁠Pet must be declared upon reservation. • The pet should not weigh more than 50 lbs. •⁠ We do NOT allow cats or puppies in our home. • No pets are allowed on the furniture and should not be left unattended, unless crated. • Any damage to furniture by pets will be charged accordingly. • Pet waste should be picked up and disposed of properly. • Failure to comply with the pet policy will result in a $1,000 penalty. HOT TUB: There should be an expectation that the hot tub will be offline from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If the hot tub is undergoing maintenance or repairs and is unavailable during your stay, we will not provide discounts or refunds. We will do our best to make it available in the non-summer months, but we cannot guarantee it. Please note that if we need to drain the hot tub after your stay, a $350 fee will apply to cover maintenance and cleaning costs. We strive to keep our hot tubs in excellent condition for all of our guests to enjoy, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping them in top shape. No glass in or near the hot tub or pool. If any glass remains, guests will be charged a $2,000 fee. If guests drain the hot tub, a $1,000 fee will be charged. Guests will also be held liable for any damages resulting from this action. OPTIONAL BOAT RENTAL: • We are in partnership with Hyco Lake Boat Rentals, and they have pontoon boats available for rent. Message us for more information. • The renter needs to be 26 years old or older. The operator(s) must be legally permitted to operate a boat. • The boats come with lifejackets. • Boat renters should have previous boating experience and will receive an orientation and safety lesson from the team. Oftentimes, the boat can be delivered and picked up directly from the dock. • We are not held responsible in the event that Hyco Lake Boat Rentals does not rent out boats due to weather or any other circumstances. FIREWOOD: • Firewood is guaranteed during winter only. • Bundles are sold at Hyco Lake Marina. SECURITY: • There is a Ring camera facing the driveway. SERVICE PROVIDERS: • The lawn service provider may come to take care of the lawn during your stay.
